2014 - Acadia Divinity College partners with NAIITS to offer MA in Indigenous Community Development

In 2014, ADC welcomed the first cohort of students into the MA in Indigenous Community Development program, offered in partnership with NAIITS: An Indigenous Learning Community. Since then, ADC has regularly partnered with NAIITS as a granting institution for masters’ degrees and in offering Indigenous-led courses and programs to ADC students. In addition, the NAIITS Symposium – an annual gathering dedicated to exploring the contextualization of theology and biblical studies in Indigenous perspective – has been hosted on Acadia’s campus multiple times.
