Dale serves as Vice President for Student Life and Transformation and the Director of the ClayStone Certificate at Crandall University.  Between 2013 and 2025, he served as the inaugural Director of the Crandall-Acadia Bachelor of Theology Partnership.

Before 2013, Dale served with the Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada (CBAC) as the Director of Youth and Family Ministries. He also brings pastoral experience, having served as Associate Pastor of Kennebecasis Baptist Church and Pastor of Wolfville Ridge Baptist.

From 2010 to 2013, Dale was a North American member-at-large to the youth committee of the Baptist World Alliance (BWA) and served on the international program committee for the 2013 BWA Youth Congress. He was also a member of the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada Youth and Young Adult Roundtable between 2011 and 2014.

Dale and his wife, Twila, live in Stoney Creek near Moncton, New Brunswick. They are active members of Lower Coverdale Baptist Church.
