The College will be closed on Thursday, September 10 for our annual All-ADC Retreat.

Pastoral Ministry

As our world changes, pastoral ministry is becoming more complex, demanding, and important. Churches need leaders who are deeply rooted in Scripture and Christian faith, attentive to people and place, and equipped to guide communities with wisdom, courage, and hope.

The Pastoral Ministry specialization prepares you for the broad practice of ministry in local churches and other ministry contexts. You will develop practical skills in preaching, worship, discipleship, pastoral care, leadership, administration, and mission, while also engaging formation, theological reflection, digital literacies, adaptive leadership, and mentored ministry placements.

ADC graduates serve in churches and communities across Atlantic Canada, across the country, and around the world. This specialization will help you grow as a thoughtful, resilient, and creative Christian leader ready to serve the mission of God in church and world.
