Give with Purpose

To minister in our ever-changing cultural context requires a deep understanding of scripture and theology and a profound awareness of local and global conditions. Through prayerful exploration and listening to the unique voices of love and justice, our students discern how the Spirit of God may lead them at work in the world.

Partner with Acadia Divinity College as we equip Christian leaders to serve in our churches and world with purpose and transformative impact.

“I’m excited to say that I’ve officially completed my Master of Divinity debt-free! My wife and I have sought to steward our finances as well as possible over the past three years, but this would not have been possible without the support of our donors, for which I am so thankful.

I cannot thank you enough. Your generosity has made a huge difference in our lives!”

Keep the Kettle On! Giving Tuesday 2023

On the East Coast, when company comes over, we put on the kettle. Offering a cup of tea or coffee is a powerful way we show hospitality. Sitting on the stove, hanging over a campfire, or plugged in on the counter: the kettle symbolizes gathering, acceptance and belonging.

This Giving Tuesday, help us “Keep the Kettle On!” as we build community through hospitality. Every week, we host a weekly teatime and a community meal, which are intentional moments when we stop, extend hospitality, and create a place for students to be known and belong. HELP US FORGE LONG-LASTING CONNECTIONS CUP BY CUP.

The Rev. Dr. William and Dr. Pearleen Oliver Chair of Community Leadership and Social Justice.

Through our five-year strategic vision, Change with Purpose, Acadia Divinity College is committed to addressing systemic racism in our structures and curriculum. We strive to equip and encourage clergy and faith communities to become advocates for justice and reconciliation in their churches and communities. We seek to transform past assumptions and injustices that the church either perpetuates or ignores. We are committed to the ministry of reconciliation.

Legacy with Purpose

Generation after generation of Christians have worked together to serve Christ’s mission in the world, and the Church has been sustained by their devoted commitment. You too have participated in this ongoing ministry as you have given of your time, energy, and resources in serving the Lord. Like many people, you want Christian service to continue beyond your lifetime. With a legacy gift, you can support that future.
