In a rapidly changing landscape, ADC continues its commitment to local churches and pastors in Atlantic Canada and beyond. Within the variety of contexts that pastors find themselves, we recognize that ministry continues to change and evolve.
ADC Expand is a continuing education program that will launch in summer 2024, and will provide focused, accredited courses to sharpen ministry skills, equip new competencies, and expand understanding in various areas of theology and the practice of ministry.
What will a micro-course look like?
- Each course will typically be considered 1-credit hour
- Courses will be pass/fail
- Students can expect to spend 40-45 hours total on the course
- Synchronous class time will typically be during ADC’s East Coast Theology Summer School around the time of the Simpson Lectures, and will typically be no more than 15 hours total
