The course material is built from the findings of the instructor’s research about the ups and downs of ministry life, and covers topics like responding to conflict constructively, examining one’s relationship with time, working with strong emotions, safeguarding relationships, practicing and facilitating forgiveness, and the importance of cultivating habits of Sabbath rest and renewal. The course involves a combination of readings, theoretical/conceptual learning, experiential exercises, and personal reflection.
